Farrah FawcettWhen? The icon was visiting David Letterman and created talk show history for all the wrong reasons. Farrah Fawcett may have been seated from Letterman on his iconic talk show, but she seemed to be emotionally far, far away. The former star of Charlie’s Angels was there to promote her appearance in Playboy and a tie-in Pay-Per-View special (All of Me). She was late on account of the fact that there were”people, lots of individuals.” Then, as CNN chronicled, the pop culture icon seemed to have lost in the nyc facade, which is the place supporting Letterman. She told Letterman,”Wow. I truly believed I was looking out the window. She did not ever bring it up, however, the icon was conscious enough throughout the authentic Q&A to point out to Letterman,”You’re making fun of me!”

It was 2004, and Affleck was feeling fresh during a chat with Canadian journalist Anne-Marie Losique. Not only did he say that individuals could”like the show better if you did it topless” and that he found that”you generally show a lot more cleavage than this,” but he was also physically throughout the reporter. Her Answer? Years later, when asked about the awkward interview, Losique really defended the Oscar winner stating that the entire thing was taken out of context. She told E! News,”Nothing improper ever happened. I never believed at one stage uncomfortable and I never felt at any given stage it was wrong, and if I had felt that, really honestly I would not have continued.” [embedded content]4. Tom CruiseWhen? 2005Why so cringeworthy? Tom Cruise jumped all over an iconic talk show host’s sofa announcing that he was”in love” with Katie Holmes. The loving leap left a seismic mark on pop culture. Cruise was on the show to promote his own Steven Spielberg movie, War of the Worlds. Instead, the chat became all about his love affair with Holmes while fixing the couch like a trampoline.Response in the world: Inspired by the lack of a dent in his box office receipts, the global community simply shrugged it off as Cruise being Cruise. After all, the Scientologist was not known for being ordinary. His Response? He explained he would not take back something, as chronicled in The Hollywood Reporter. After all, love does make us do crazy things. It is even possible that the couch jumping made Cruise more popular.

Jerry Seinfeld has been interviewed by Larry King (who worked on CNN at the time) along with the journalist mentioned something about Seinfeld’s iconic show being cancelled. Seinfeld said,”You believe I got cancelled? Is this CNN? Would you know who I am? Geez, can we get my resume in here? “How’d the world respond to the interview? The legendary newsman, in his later years, was not immune to some questionable inquiries. However, some believed that Seinfeld had overreacted by phoning out King and which makes it a huge deal. Others, like Reuters, sided with the comic book and termed that moment as one of Larry King’s worst interview moments. [embedded content]6. The KardashiansWhen? 2011Why cringeworthy? Barbara Walters was interviewing the Kardashian clan at the end of 2011 within her annual look at the 10 most intriguing people of the year. The trailblazing journalist declared the lack of talent in the throw of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kris Jenner — and brothers Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian — obviously didn’t agree. After Walters’ comment, you could hear a pin drop! She added,”You do not really act; you do not sing; you do not dance. You do not have some, forgive me, any talent.” Khloe defended her entire family and their show,”But we are still amusing men and women. The family told Walters’ producers that nothing newsworthy would happen before the special aired. Wrong! After finding out Kim got divorced, Walters said to an entertained David Letterman on The Late Show,”Subsequently Kourtney gets pregnant. You can’t trust the Kardashians.”
[embedded content]7. Charlie SheenWhen? The 2011 Good Morning America interview spawned a famous phrase for Sheen,”winning” It was also one of the first hashtags that could go viral. Listening to the interview with Andrea Canning, it’s clear the soon-to-be-fired from 2 and a Half Men star was anything but winning. He admitted to having a steady diet of tiger bloodstream and also described himself in the most unusual of manners. “I am on a drug. It’s named Charlie Sheen,” he famously told Canning because he issued a warning. “It’s not accessible because if you attempt it you will perish. Your face will melt and your children will weep over your exploded body” The journalist seemed worried for the celebrity, even asking at one point if he was bi-polar. He replied,”I’m bi-winning. I triumph here, I triumph there. “His Response? Sheen’s recently created Twitter accounts set a Guinness World Record for quickest to one thousand followers (at the time), based on Huffington Post. That’s how I explain myself,” and, of course, the one about the notorious blood of a certain jungle cat. “The critters of the world have issued an apology to Charlie Sheen. Obviously you, Mr. Sheen, possess the only real tiger blood in the known world’ And they’d been cautioned.” [embedded content]8. Justin BieberWhen? 2012Why so cringeworthy? Justin Bieber sometimes doesn’t handle the pressures of popularity with absolute grace. Remember when he destroyed a paparazzi’s camera (or fought him)? He called into Mojo in the Morning because the”Sorry” singer had an issue with his brand new music being in comparison with Justin Timberlake’s. “Man, that is mad’cause our voices sound nothing alike. I mean, I’m not wanting to sound like anyone. Saying I sound like somebody else is not actually a compliment. … I believe if you were to say I heard a few Justin Timberlake-esque items in your audio I’d take that as a compliment,” he said, according to MTV News. Hey, there are artists to be in comparison to… but alas, things got worse when the radio personality asked,”Do you worry about Harry Styles around your mom, because he likes older girls?” Bieber snapped,”I think you need to be worried about me around your mom, bro.” The audio listeners (which radio host) discovered next was Bieber’s dial tone. His Response? Not much. For what it’s worth, the DJ went on Twitter to say he was suspended over the episode.
[embedded content]9. Jesse EisenbergWhen? The interviewer, Romina Puga of Univision, asked Jesse Eisenberg to do a card trick on cue and also asked him to say her name into the camera. He probably should have seen that”say my name” request a mile off — after all, the name of Puga’s show is Say My Name with Romina. From the get-go, the interview was stressed. She called Morgan Freeman as Freeman, to which Eisenberg said,”Freeman? Who are you? What are you on a baseball team with him?” However, the awkwardness was only getting started, and he phoned her the Carrot Top of interviewers for composing notes on her hands. The Social Network star also utilized her interview time to ask her how the substance was going to be utilized. When asked to say her name, Eisenberg uttered it gently. She asked him to say it like he was searching for her in a bunch. Another day at the office for the actor. Her Answer? [embedded content]10. 2014Why so cringeworthy? KTLA amusement”reporter” Sam Rubin touched a nerve (and rightfully so) when he asked Samuel L. Jackson about his Super Bowl advertisement. “What Super Bowl advertisement?” Jackson responded. Turns out Jackson was not in an advertisement, but Laurence Fishburne was! The reporter had to know he was in for it when Jackson began his reply with,”Oh, hell no…” — no. Anyone who has seen Jackson in some of his interviews or roles understands he can light off like a firecracker when triggered like he was by Rubin. “There is more than one black man doing a commercial,” Jackson ignored at Rubin because Rubin visibly squirmed. His Response? Rubin apologized profusely throughout the interview and tried to move on, but Jackson was ticked, and the entire interview was massively off the rails. I think, one day, perhaps you can see it” Her mum’s face said it all. Johnson was not happy whatsoever. You do not need to watch it. Jesus Christ. “Their Response? Nothing! Either side of the issue probably wanted this item to fade off. [embedded content]12. Ariana GrandeWhen? 2015Why so cringeworthy? She called out the host on being sexist when he made a comment about all girls loving their makeup and phones. Grande immediately deciphered,”Can this men assuming this is what women would need to choose between?” The”Bang Bang” singer’s chin must not have dropped that far because she immediately retorted,”Boys, understand. Boys and girls, we can all learn.”
[embedded content]13. R. KellyWhen? There are train wrecks, then there is R. Kelly. But I’m alive!” He continued,”I did not do this stuff. This is not me! I’m fighting my f–king life! You’re all trying to kill me!” When the topic of the doc Surviving R. Kelly came up,” he said,”They had been describing Lucifer. I’m not Lucifer. I’m a guy; I make mistakes. But I’m not a devil and by no way am I a monster. “Response in the world: If clearing his name was his aim, yelling at the very public was not how to go.His Response? He thought it went well. All right before my eyes” “I think people were surprised that in that moment I did not run out of the room,” she told the Washington Post.
